How Exchanges Work
- 1. Request your exchange. Email paidforfreedom1@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like in exchange.
- 2. Ship it back. We'll send you simple return instructions. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- 3. We ship your replacement. Once received, your new flag ships within 1–3 business days.
Damaged Items
If your flag arrived damaged or with a defect, we'll send a replacement at no cost. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. No return needed.
