These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Paid For Freedom, P.O. Box 295, Sierra Vista, AZ 85636 ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The site is intended for a general audience. Minors may use the site or make purchases only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the transaction. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

• All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors). If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded in full.
• An order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation.
• Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and similar carriers. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo so we can make it right.

You agree not to:

All site content — logos, product designs, photographs, and text — is owned by Paid For Freedom or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We do our best to display product colors, dimensions, and materials accurately. Slight variations may occur due to monitors, dye lots, and the handcrafted nature of some items. We do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paid For Freedom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Paid For Freedom harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cochise County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
