- ★ Requested within 30 days of delivery
- ★ Item is unused and in original packaging
- ★ Proof of purchase (order number) is included
Damaged or Defective Items
If your flag arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost.
Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing may add 2–3 additional business days.
